Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience Master’s degree in computer engineering, electronics & communications engineering, or electrical engineering. Continue to drive the innovation cycle with guidance from your manager. Keep up to date with the latest advancements in validation and automation systems. Provide technical guidance and support to the production and validation teams throughout all phases of development, product launch, and post launch support. Guide and support the validation teams to improve their validation effectiveness and efficiencies using these systems. Own the process of collecting organizational feedback on the systems and continuously improving them accordingly. Identify opportunities to leverage data analytics, AI/ML/DL, and generative AI. Engage in a design thinking approach with internal and external stakeholders to create ideas for improving your systems while continuously monitoring their effectiveness. Define and develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of these systems. Work closely with the validation teams to procure and operationalize these systems. Present the system design to the organizational leadership as well as stakeholders to incorporate feedback and refine it further. Work with Purchasing team(s) to define a system that meets its objectives within the allocated budget. Build partnerships with industry suppliers of test and automation equipment. Leverage your technical expertise to envision and design an efficient and scalable automated test system that fulfils the validation goals and plans for the teams. Collaborate with the multiple Validation teams to understand their validation goals, responsibilities, and plans. Work with your team and organizational stakeholders to understand the current vehicle architecture, features, and challenges.
